District Attorney Fani Willis will pursue the death penalty against the spa spree killer. It's a rare move in Fulton County.

Fulton County’s district attorney, Fani Willis, said during her campaign to unseat Paul Howard last year that “I cannot foresee a case (in which) I would seek death, as I believe that life without parole is an appropriate remedy.”
